About the Role

Living Choice is seeking an experienced and driven State Sales Manager - NSW to lead sales performance across our retirement living communities throughout New South Wales. This is a unique chance to combine strategic leadership with hands-on sales, driving occupancy growth while leading and developing a high-performing sales team. You'll work closely with village, marketing and operational teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals across NSW
- Drive occupancy, settlement and sales targets
- Manage key sales opportunities from enquiry through to settlement
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families and referral partners
- Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to maximise results
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
- Represent Living Choice at industry and community events

About You

You're a motivated sales leader who enjoys developing people, building relationships and achieving results. To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- Current NSW Real Estate Licence
- Registered Land Agent Licence
- Minimum 5 years' experience in property sales




- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)

Experience within retirement living, land lease communities or residential property sales will be highly regarded.
