We are seeking an experienced Product MDM Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for a large and complex enterprise Product Master Data Management environment.

The platform is built on STIBO STEP and supports approximately 200,000 products and 200,000 classifications, together with multiple product hierarchies, workflows, business rules, interfaces, APIs, business contexts and languages.

What you'll bring:

- At least five years of strong, hands-on STIBO STEP experience

- Product MDM/PIM expertise
- STEP workflow design, development and optimisation
- Business-rule development within STEP
- Product-data modelling
- Product hierarchies, structures and classifications
- Reference-data management
- PMDM APIs and enterprise integrations
- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder-management skills

Key responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership for the STIBO STEP PMDM environment
- Lead the design and optimisation of workflows,



business rules and product-data models
- Oversee product hierarchies, classifications and reference-data structures
- Lead PMDM APIs and inbound/outbound integrations
- Support and enhance STEP Web UI functionality
- Investigate complex data-quality, workflow and integration issues
- Lead defect remediation and platform enhancements
- Own release management, change control and deployment support
- Lead continuous-improvement initiatives and minor works
- Provide guidance on product-data governance
- Report on platform health, data quality and roadmap initiatives
- Contribute to future-state planning for the PMDM platform
