About You

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the team at our new LOEWE - Chatswood Chase boutique.

Reporting directly to the Retail Manager ANZ, your key responsibilities include:

- Providing strong leadership to the store team, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, training, and performance management.
- Overseeing all aspects of store management, from housekeeping and inventory control to visual merchandising and operational compliance.
- Driving CRM through effective management of the customer database and clienteling initiatives.
- Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive higher conversion and sales targets.
- Ensuring effective two-way communication to keep the team engaged, knowledgeable, and aligned with brand standards.





Skills and Experience

- 3+ years of retail leadership experience in luxury retail, footwear, or apparel (Ready-to-Wear and accessories preferred).
- Proven track record of driving commercial outcomes and meeting sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in cultivating high-value client relationships and leveraging advanced relationship-management strategies.
- Commitment to operational excellence spanning inventory control, visual merchandising, and store administration.
