As a Store Manager / District Manager in Training , you'll lead a high-performing store while partnering closely with the District Manager to support stores across Queensland. This role is designed to broaden your leadership experience beyond a single store, providing exposure to multi-store operations, talent development, business performance, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

- Recruit & Develop: Hire, train, and develop associates, building a strong talent pipeline and a culture of growth.
- Drive Results: Execute strategies that achieve sales targets, key performance indicators, and profitability goals.
- Create Connections: Build brand loyalty through authentic, personalized customer interactions and exceptional service.
- Set the Standard: Ensure outstanding visual merchandising, presentation, and customer experience standards throughout the store.
- Manage Rosters: Create and manage efficient schedules that balance customer demand, team engagement, and business needs.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, compliance, and store processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Analyze & Act:



Review store performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans that drive continuous improvement.
- Support Multi-Store Success: Partner with the District Manager to support store performance, operational consistency, and leadership capability across Queensland.
- Collaborate Across the District: Work alongside Store Managers and leadership teams to share best practices, support key initiatives, and drive business outcomes.
- Develop District Leadership Capability: Gain exposure to district-level responsibilities including talent planning, succession planning, business analysis, and strategic execution.
