About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, hands on and visually driven Store Manager to lead our high performing Miranda store. Miranda is one of our top locations and we’re looking for someone who can take complete ownership of the store, from sales and team leadership through to stock management and visual presentation.

Visual merchandising is a significant part of this role. You will be responsible for maintaining a beautifully presented, inspiring and commercially effective store at all times. This includes regularly refreshing displays, creating strong product stories, maintaining focal points and ensuring new stock is incorporated quickly and effectively.

You will work closely with our Visual Merchandising team while also having the confidence and flexibility to make changes within your store based on stock levels, sales performance, seasonal direction and your local customer.

This is a busy, fast paced store with high stock volumes, so strong organisation, delegation and the ability to lead under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs
- Take ownership of the overall visual presentation and merchandising of the store
- Create inspiring displays, strong focal points and commercially effective product stories
- Regularly refresh the store based on new arrivals, seasonal changes,



stock levels and sales performance
- Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to execute company direction while tailoring the store to your local customer
- Maintain high presentation standards across furniture, homewares, gifting and seasonal ranges
- Take full control of stock including replenishment, transfers, stock flow and inventory accuracy
- Ensure incoming stock is unpacked, processed and merchandised quickly
- Manage rosters, daily priorities and team productivity
- Delegate effectively and ensure clear accountability across the team
- Build a strong culture of structure, ownership, teamwork and performance

About You

You will ideally have:
- Proven experience managing a retail store, preferably within a high volume environment
- A robust eye for visual merchandising, styling and product presentation
- Confidence creating and maintaining visually impactful retail displays
- Experience managing large amounts of stock and a fast stock turn
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to use sales performance to influence merchandising decisions
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to delegate, prioritise and remain composed in a busy environment
- A hands on leadership style and willingness to lead from the front
- A genuine passion for homewares, interiors, styling and retail
- A strong focus on customer service, sales and results
