Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store - leading a team of passionate individuals, creating meaningful connections with customers, and delivering results that make an impact. This is a hands-on, people-first leadership role where your influence shapes everything from team culture to customer experience.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and inspire your team to create warm, welcoming, and meaningful customer experiences
- Drive performance across the customer experience, store sales, and store presentation
- Create a team culture grounded in trust, fun, and our values
- Lead day-to-day operations including rostering, stock management and visual merchandising
- Coach, develop,



and grow your team through clear communication and meaningful feedback
- Bring our brand, products and values to life in-store - every day

- A confident and values-led leader with proven experience in retail management
- Committed to creating a high-performing, high-trust team environment
- Motivated by meaningful connection and customer experience - not just transactions
