Your Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Confidently recommend products, accessories, and repair solutions
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Create a positive, professional, and welcoming customer experience




- Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently

Repair & Technical Duties

- Diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, and electronic devices
- Perform high-quality repairs including screen, battery, charging port, camera, speaker, and motherboard-related repairs
- Maintain excellent repair turnaround times while ensuring workmanship quality
- Stay updated with new technologies, repair methods, and device models
- Maintain clean, organised, and professional technician work areas
- Monitor stock inventory daily, place new order and keep tracking of new products availabilities.

Team & Culture

- Work collaboratively within a high-performance team environment
- Maintain strong communication and professionalism
- Lead by example through honesty, accountability, and positive attitude
- Support and mentor junior team members when required

What We Are Looking For

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 3 years track records mobile phone repair experience
- Out-going Personality with exceptional and warm sales skills
- Honest, reliable, and professional character with minimum 2 years successful store management experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills




- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Positive attitude with strong team spirit
- Weekend availability required

Highly Valued

- Microsoldering / board-level repair experience
- Experience with iPhone, Samsung, iPad, Google, Oppo and other major brands
- Leadership or staff training experience
- Strong KPI and target-driven mindset
