As we continue to expand our retail footprint, we are opening our new menswear boutique withinDavid Jones Chadstone and are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Melbourne team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Australian fashion brand during a significant period of growth, building a high-performing team, developing a loyal client community and becoming a key ambassador for Farage as we establish our presence in Melbourne.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our approach is built around understanding individual style, building considered wardrobes and developing relationships that extend well beyond a single transaction — from ready-to-wear tailoring and shirting through to Made to Measure.

As Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day performance of the Farage Chadstone boutique, with a strong focus on sales, client development, team leadership and exceptional service.

As one of the key faces of Farage in Melbourne, you will also play an key role in introducing the brand to a new market — building awareness, developing relationships and creating a strong local client community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the boutique to achieve strong sales performance and commercial targets.
- Build and develop a loyal client base through exceptional service, clienteling and long-term relationship management.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team focused on service, styling and commercial excellence.
- Drive Made to Measure and personalized tailoring,



developing this key area of the Farage business.
- Act as a key ambassador for Farage, building brand awareness, relationships and community within the Melbourne market.
- Maintain exceptional boutique presentation and ensure every touchpoint reflects the Farage brand.

ABOUT YOU You are an experienced retail leader who combines commercial drive with a genuine passion for people, product and exceptional service.

You will ideally bring

- Store management or senior leadership experience within premium or luxury fashion retail
- A proven ability to drive sales and achieve commercial targets
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for menswear, tailoring and personal style
- The ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
- A polished, confident and engaging approach
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for building a brand in a new market
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience in menswear, tailoring and/or Made to Measure will be highly regarded.
