About the role

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Chatswood store and maximising performance through inspiring leadership, commercial capability, operational excellence and outstanding customer experiences.

As Store

Manager, you will be the driving force behind your team's success — setting the standard, creating a positive culture and ensuring the store consistently achieves strong sales results and operational excellence. This role requires an experienced hands-on leader who understands how to motivate teams, improve performance and create a premium retail environment that customers love.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive sales growth and achieve store KPIs and financial targets
- Create a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
- Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Manage all aspects of store operations including rostering, stock control and compliance
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences that build loyalty and repeat business
- Partner with the wider business to identify opportunities and support continued growth

About you

- Proven experience as a successful Retail Store Manager or Senior Retail Leader
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets, KPIs and commercial outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to build, coach and develop high-performing teams




- Experience leading teams within fashion, premium retail, lifestyle or customer-focused environments
- Strong commercial capability with the ability to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities
- Confidence managing store operations including rostering, stock management and compliance
- A natural ability to inspire, engage and create accountability within a team
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A passion for customer experience, team development and retail excellence
- A proactive and adaptable leadership style with the ability to thrive in a changing retail environment
