About the role

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the performance of our Outlet store through inspiring leadership, commercial capability, operational excellence and outstanding customer experiences.

As Store Sales

Manager, you will lead from the front — coaching and developing your team, driving sales performance, improving conversion opportunities and ensuring the store delivers an exceptional experience for every customer. This role requires an experienced, hands-on retail leader who understands the importance of sales growth, team engagement, stock productivity and maintaining high retail standards.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Drive store performance through robust commercial decision-making and KPI focus
- Coach, develop and motivate team members to achieve their potential
- Create a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture
- Manage daily store operations including rostering, stock management and compliance
- Maximise sales opportunities through customer engagement and product knowledge
- Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Partner with the wider business to support ongoing growth and improvement

About you

- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, or Senior Retail Leader
- Strong experience within fashion, outlet, lifestyle, premium retail or customer-focused environments
- A successful track record of achieving sales targets, KPIs and commercial outcomes




- The ability to lead, coach and develop a team to achieve exceptional results
- Experience managing store operations including rostering, stock control and compliance
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities
- Confidence leading a team in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A passion for customer experience, team culture and delivering results
- A proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
