Store Manager – YoWay Frozen Yoghurt Robina

YoWay Frozen Yoghurt & Açaí is seeking an outgoing, approachable and hands-on Store Manager to lead our Robina Town Centre team.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, knows how to build a positive team culture and is comfortable leading from the floor during busy trading periods.

You’ll oversee the complete day-to-day operation of the store, including customer experience, team performance, rostering, training, stock management, food safety, store presentation and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and develop the store team
- Recruit, onboard and train new employees
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Prepare rosters and manage labour costs
- Monitor sales, expenses, stock levels and wastage
- Complete stock orders and inventory checks
- Maintain excellent food-safety and cleanliness standards
- Ensure products are consistently prepared and presented
- Manage store opening, closing and reporting procedures
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Support promotions, product launches and local marketing
- Lead from the floor during busy evenings,

Previous management experience in hospitality, food retail, quick-service restaurants or a similar customer-facing environment is preferred. Job type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive package based on experience
