The Role

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our Midvale branch, for warehouse and counter service duties. This is a dynamic and role and would suit out going person to provide our customers with a positive and reliable experience.

Reporting to the Branch Manager your key focus will include:





- Servicing customers at the trade counter with providing product information and recommendations

- Processing sales through our POS system

- Maintaining and housekeeping of the warehouse

- Receiving, processing and packing of orders in a timely and accurate manner

- Preparing orders for dispatch and shipping

- Always have a safety focus and adhere to HSE standards and Quality control procedures

- Support and promote HoseCo’s values

Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who is:

- Solutions focused with a strong work ethic

- Able to work closely with others in a team environment, as well as autonomously when required

- Willing to adapt to changing business requirements

- Physically fit

Our ideal candidate will have;
- Previous experience in a customer service role

- Current drivers’ licence

- Forklift licence

Industry experience is preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will be required to provide a police check from within the last 12 months, a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening may also be required.
