Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Customer Service: Welcome customers, introduce products (e.g., power banks, earphones, cables, phone cases, car mounts), and provide tailored recommendations.

- Product Knowledge: Keep up to date with new 3C products, understand their functions and selling points.

- After-Sales Support: Answer customer inquiries and provide guidance on warranties and services.

- Store Operations: Assist in merchandising, stock management, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store environment.

- Teamwork: Support the Store Manager and work with the team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

- Experience:





- Previous retail or electronics sales experience preferred.

- Familiarity with brands like Apple, Samsung, Google, and general knowledge of 3C products is a plus.

- Skills & Abilities:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fast learner with the ability to grasp current product features quickly.

- Responsible, reliable, and able to work under sales pressure.

- Personality Traits:

- Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented.

- Passionate about technology and eager to share product experiences.

Pay: $53,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
