Role Description

We are interviewing for a full-time, Canberra-based consultant with expertise in strategy, implementation and change management. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in management consulting and a commitment to high-quality work, as well as an interest in working on projects that are in the public interest. We work 4 days a week from the office, with the option to work from home 1 day a week.

The role does not have a specific close date: we will recruit qualified candidates on a rolling basis to staff projects as they come in.

Qualifications





- Track record of delivery in management consulting, ideally at leading firm
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and problem-solving
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Proficiency in professional tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a high-performance setting
- Experience in energy, environment or infrastructure sectors is desirable
- Industry or operational background in addition to consulting experience is desirable
- Relevant degree (Business Administration, Economics, etc) preferred
- Appropriate, limited use of AI - we deliver high quality work drafted by humans, not bots.
