Ramsay is seeking a Payroll Enterprise Agreement Lead to ensure our payroll setting stays compliant and ready as EA clauses evolve. You will translate complex industrial instruments into payroll solutions and partner with IR, Workforce Planning and Systems to deliver accurate payments.

You’ll review EA clauses, assess impacts, lead payroll readiness projects and engage stakeholders to shape how payroll responds to change across the organisation.
