Communications & Campaign Manager | Employee Health, Safety & Wellbeing Sydney CBD | Contract | Circa $750 per day + super

The role

You'll manage a portfolio of health, safety and wellbeing communications, from internal news and program launches to end-to-end campaigns. Working with the Health & Safety team and Corporate Affairs, you'll make complex or sensitive topics clear, relevant and engaging. Upcoming projects include Wellbeing Week, Safety Week and two launches of a Recent Executive Employee Scheme and Physiotherapy Services. You'll develop campaign concepts and plans, write content across channels, coordinate stakeholders and agencies, and measure engagement.

About you

You're a Corporate Communications Manager with experience designing, creating and managing communications across health, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion ,



or a similar people-focused area.

You bring:

- Excellent writing skills and sound judgement when handling sensitdive topics.
- Experience driving engagement in a large, complex organisation.
- Highly creative style with ability to think outsie the square and challenge status quo
- Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to bring fresh ideas.
- The ability to take campaigns from concept through to delivery, translating complex content into engaging messages that land with employees.

Financial services experience is ideal. Candidates from other large, matrix organisations, including telecommunications and professional services, are also encouraged to apply.

Contract details

- Rate: Circa $750 per day + super
- Location: Sydney CBD, four days per week in the office
- Start: Immediately or within two weeks
- Duration: End of December 2026
- Extension: Potential extension into the new year, with a permanent opportunity possible for the right person
