Mackay Tourism seeks a Marketing and Communications leader to drive destination marketing, trade development and stakeholder engagement for the Mackay Isaac region. You will lead program development, brand alignment and budget stewardship while guiding a small team.

You will coordinate partnerships with industry bodies, manage channels including social media and web, and represent MIT at trade events, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
