Zenith Hotels is seeking a Group Senior HR Advisor to join on a 12-month maternity leave contract, based at the Rydalmere Head Office with regular travel to Western Sydney venues.
You’ll partner with General Managers and leaders across 9 venues to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, development and performance, providing practical, commercially focused HR advice in a rapid-paced hospitality environment.
