Allura Partners is seeking a Senior Digital Business Analyst for an insurance-focused digital transformation. The role centers on translating requirements into improved digital customer journeys with a UX emphasis and mentoring responsibilities for other BAs.

You will lead discovery and requirements, map journeys across CTP workflows, and collaborate with UX, product and tech teams to prioritise and refine backlog items within an agile delivery setting.
