The opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Water Servicing Coordinator to join our Civil team in Sydney.

Working across a diverse range of land development and infrastructure projects, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure associated with developments across Greater Sydney.

The role will see you working closely with Sydney Water, developers, authorities and our multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop practical servicing solutions and successfully progress projects through the Sydney Water process.

This is an opportunity to join an established Civil team with a strong pipeline of work and play an important role in further developing ACOR's water servicing capability.

Your responsibilities will include

- Manage Water Servicing Coordinator projects from feasibility and servicing strategy through design, approval and delivery
- Prepare and manage Sydney Water applications, including feasibility and Section 73 requirements
- Coordinate and review water and wastewater infrastructure designs in accordance with Sydney Water standards
- Liaise with Sydney Water, developers, authorities, contractors and internal engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project scope,



programme, budget and deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships
- Provide technical guidance, support junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of ACOR's water servicing capability

About you
- Current Sydney Water accreditation as a Water Servicing Coordinator is essential
- Formal qualifications in engineering, construction or a relevant technical field; candidates with a relevant trade background and strong industry experience are also encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated experience in Water Servicing Coordination and the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Sydney Water standards, processes and Section 73 requirements
- Strong project coordination, technical problem-solving and client management capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, authorities, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
