About the Role

As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio while delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants. You’ll be supported by a team-oriented team and systems designed to help you succeed.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage a residential property portfolio
- Conduct entry/exit reports
- Handle maintenance requests and coordinate trades
- Liaise with landlords and tenants professionally and promptly
- Manage rental arrears and lease renewals




- Ensure compliance with current legislation and agency procedures
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service

About You

- Previous experience in property management preferred
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- High attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong customer service focus
- Valid driver’s licence - work car provided
