We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Ashfield, Sydney office , with a strong focus on recruiting casual Registered Nurses (RNs), Disability Support Workers and other field-based care professionals .

About The Role n

This is a permanent full-time, high-volume recruitment position where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment of field staff across our Disability and community healthcare services.

n

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining an active casual workforce pipeline, responding quickly to changing staffing requirements and ensuring candidates are compliant and ready for work.

n

What You’ll Be Doing

n

n
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Casual RNs, Disability Support Workers and other field-based roles
n
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of work-ready casual healthcare staff
n
- Source, screen, interview and progress candidates efficiently
n
- Coordinate candidate onboarding, documentation and compliance requirements
n
- Work closely with operational teams to understand current and upcoming workforce needs




n
- Manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities within a fast-paced recruitment environment
n
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data across internal systems
n
- Deliver a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to placement
n

We're looking for someone who thrives in high-volume recruitment and enjoys the challenge of building a reliable casual workforce.

You’ll Ideally Have n

n
- Previous experience in recruitment, healthcare recruitment, disability recruitment or workforce coordination
n
- Experience recruiting high-volume casual or field-based positions
n
- Strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
n
- Excellent organisation, administration and attention to detail
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A proactive, results-driven approach to recruitment
n
- Knowledge of healthcare or disability compliance requirements would be highly regarded
n
