Rentco is seeking an experienced State Manager to lead our Victoria transport rental operations, including Derrimut branch and workshop. You will drive safety, profitability, customer satisfaction and team performance while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on oversight.
Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you’ll oversee fleet utilisation, budgets, P&L; outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives, building a culture of accountability and service excellence across the state.
