3-Month Temporary Contract | Genuine Opportunity to Go Permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Australia's largest community services providers as they continue to invest in and grow their Support at Home services.

n

We are looking for an experienced aged care professional to step into a Care Services Manager position initially for three months, with a genuine view to the role becoming permanent.

n

Support at Home experience is essential, but previous management experience isn't.

n

If you're currently a senior Care Partner, Case Manager, Care Manager or similar and ready to take the next step in your career, we'd particularly like to hear from you.

The opportunity n

You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality Support at Home services, working with Care Partners and the broader operational team to ensure clients receive the right services and the team is well supported.

The role will include:

- Supporting the day-to-day delivery of Support at Home services
n
- Providing guidance and support to Care Partners
n
- Helping manage complex client or service issues
n
- Ensuring plans,



services and documentation meet organisational and regulatory requirements
n
- Supporting good operational performance across the team
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery
n
- Working closely with senior operational leaders as the service continues to grow
n

What we’re looking for nn
- Current, hands‑on Support at Home experience - this is essential
n
- Robust understanding of the new Support at Home environment
n
- Experience as a Care Partner, Care Manager, Case Manager or similar
n
- Good operational and problem‑solving skills
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
n
- Confidence supporting and influencing others
n
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
n
- Previous people management experience is welcomed, but not essential
n
