The Role Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for the overall delivery of clinical care, quality and governance across the service.

You’ll take the lead across:

- Clinical governance, quality and compliance
- Leadership and development of the clinical and care teams
- Clinical risk, incidents and continuous improvement
- Care planning, documentation and resident outcomes
- Accreditation and regulatory requirements
- Staff performance, capability and development
- Supporting the ongoing performance of the service
- Resident, family and stakeholder relationships

About You:

We’re keen to speak with experienced Clinical Managers, Care Managers or senior clinical leaders who have:

- Recent clinical leadership experience within residential aged care
- Robust people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop nursing and care teams
- Strong knowledge of quality, compliance and clinical governance
- Experience across clinical risk, incidents and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
