Chandler Macleod are seeking reliable and efficient warehouse associates to join our team on the morning and afternoon shiftworking as a Voice Picker. You’ll play a key role in the end-to-end order fulfillment process, working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

The warehouse is located in Hoxton Park and there is ample car parking available onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Voice Picking - Pallet Rider MHE

- Use a voice-directed picking system (headset) to receive real-time instructions.
- Navigate aisles and accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Report product or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain productivity targets while ensuring high accuracy and safety.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a warehouse, pick/pack, or palletising role preferred but not required.
- Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods (up to 8-10 hours).




- Able to work in a rapid-paced team environment with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using voice picking systems and handling repetitive tasks.
- Available to work AM or PM shifts Mon - Fri

- PM Shift: 1pm start (sometimes 11am start)
