About the role

We are seeking an experienced Structures Contractor/Project Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time role responsible for managing structural construction projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage structural construction projects.
- Oversee project delivery, programming and progress.
- Monitor project financial performance and costs.
- Prepare and submit project variations.
- Prepare and update progress claims and claiming schedules.
- Liaise closely with Site Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers and the Director.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Assist with resolving site and project-related issues.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with project requirements, specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Experience working on structural construction projects.
- A TAFE or university qualification in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.




- Strong understanding of structural construction and project coordination.
- Positive financial and commercial awareness, including variations and progress claims.
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
- Ability to liaise effectively with site teams, management, subcontractors and clients.
