About the Team & Business Line

As a Supervisor within our award-winning Investor Relations team, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional unit registry experience for some of the most sophisticated fund structures in the alternatives industry.

You'll join a talented team, champion client excellence, and play a pivotal role in one of Citco's most dynamic business lines.

Main Job Functions/Responsibilities:

Lead with purpose — Supervise daily deliverables, checks, and controls, ensuring your team consistently performs within SLA and to the highest standards

Be the trusted partner — Serve as a key contact for clients and investors, delivering solution-oriented responses that build lasting relationships





Drive operational excellence — Oversee workflow systems, manage email queues, and ensure professional, timely communication across all touchpoints

Develop future talent — Coach, mentor, and empower your team through hands-on training, helping them grow into confident, high-performing professionals

Uphold fund integrity — Ensure all fund rules, representations, and deadlines are met with precision and care

About You:

You're a seasoned Unit Registry professional with the leadership instincts and client focus to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance setting:

· 3–5 years of Unit Registry experience — you know the landscape and are ready to lead within it

· Client-first mindset — you go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding investor and client experience

· Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable for you

· Strong communicator — fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills

· Tech-savvy — proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating workflow systems

· Adaptable and accountable — you work independently, follow established procedures, and know when to escalate
