About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Full-Time Supervisor to join our new Michael Kors Sydney Outlet Village location. Working a 38-hour roster from Tuesday to Saturday, you will support our small team in driving sales, delivering exceptional client experiences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets and business goals
- Delivering a luxury customer experience that reflects the Michael Kors brand
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting clienteling, CRM initiatives, and in-store events
- Assisting with visual merchandising, stock management,



and operational excellence
- Acting as a key support to the management team and stepping up when required

About You

- Previous leadership experience within retail, fashion, or luxury retail
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving results
- Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence using retail systems and technology
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Full permanent working rights in Australia
- Availability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster
