Nu-Pure Beverages is one of Australia's leading contract beverage manufacturers, producing some of the country's most recognised beverage brands. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to lead and strengthen our supplier quality program across the business.

Reporting to the National Quality Manager, this role can be based at any of our East Coast manufacturing sites and will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure raw materials, ingredients and packaging consistently meet quality, food safety and regulatory requirements. You'll play a critical role in driving supplier performance, minimising risk and supporting operational excellence across our national manufacturing network.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include

- Leading and continuously improving Nu-Pure's Supplier Quality Assurance Program.
- Managing supplier approval, qualification and performance processes.
- Conducting supplier audits and assessments.
- Investigating supplier-related quality issues and driving corrective actions.
- Developing supplier scorecards, KPIs and performance reporting.
- Partnering with Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality teams to improve supplier performance and reduce risk.
- Supporting food safety, regulatory compliance and certification requirements.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on supplier capability and quality outcomes.





About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance or Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of supplier assurance programs, auditing and quality systems.
- Experience managing supplier performance and conducting supplier audits.
- Sound understanding of food safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to influence outcomes and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Highly regarded:

- Food or beverage manufacturing experience.
- Lead Auditor qualification.
- HACCP, Food Safety, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma qualifications.
- Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites.
