Real Care Disability is currently seeking a reliable and caring Support Worker to assist a participant located in Clyde, Victoria.

Hours: 5 hours of support per day The role will include:

- Domestic assistance and general household duties
- Cleaning and maintaining a protected, comfortable home
- Assisting with everyday tasks and routines
- Providing respectful and reliable support
- Other support duties as required by the participant

Requirements:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English is highly recommended
- Previous disability/support work experience is preferred

We are looking for someone who is dependable, respectful, proactive and willing to assist with domestic needs. Location: Clyde, VIC

5 hours per day
