Disability & Mental Health Support Worker / Mentor.

We are HIRING 2 x Mentors to work with our clients across the Perth Metro area.

What we are looking for: people with heart and a passion to help people improve their lives. With experience with Autism and PDA ABOUT THE ROLE!

This position will start as casual whilst we build your caseload. This can then lead to part-time or even full time work.

Tasks can include but not limited to:

- Building the person's capacity within the home such as domestic tasks, organisation skills, and meal preparation etc
- Supporting with community participation and building the person's capacity in the community such as transport training, budgeting and money handling, safety awareness and social skills
- Supporting with employment and volunteering exploration and on the job support




- Supporting with 1:1 holiday and respite accomodation

Pay: $40.00 – $80.00 per hour
