Wattle Wellness Services is a Sydney-based disability and aged care provider. We're a small, supportive team that puts people first – both our participants and our staff.

About the role

We're looking for caring support workers who live locally in the Rouse Hill area to support a participant in their home.

Shifts are 2 hours long and available 7 days a week. Choose only the times that suit you:

- 8:00 am – 10:00 am
- 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm
- 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- 8:30 pm – 10:30 pm

You don't need to be available for all shifts. We're building a small, close-knit team who work together to support this participant, with each person covering the times that suit them. You'll have consistent shifts each week and a team that has your back.

What you'll do

- Support the participant with daily living and personal care
- Assist with routines, meals and light household tasks
- Provide respectful,



person-centred support and companionship

What we're looking for
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Cert III/IV in Individual Support or relevant experience (preferred, not essential)
- Reliable, punctual and genuinely caring
- Live within about 15 minutes of Rouse Hill (Kellyville, The Ponds, Box Hill, Schofields, Beaumont Hills, Castle Hill or nearby)
