We’re looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our team and support people in their homes and out in the community.

Every day can look a little different. You may be supporting clients with:

- Personal care and daily living
- Meal preparation and household tasks
- Community access and social activities
- Maintaining a protected and comfortable home environment
- Following individual support plans and client preferences
- Keeping clear and accurate progress notes
- Working alongside families, support coordinators and allied health professional

You’ll ideally have:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or Community Services
- Experience supporting people with disability or older people
- First Aid & CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain
- Manual Handling and Medication Competency
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check
- Infection Prevention and Control training




- Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation & Induction Modules completed
- A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s licence and comprehensive car insurance
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability to work at least 3 weekdays
