Position: Support Worker

The Role:

As a Support Worker in Mosman Park WA, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

This client requires assistance with personal care, companion care and transportation on Thursdays from 1:15pm to 4:15pm.

We are ideally looking for someone who is open to traveling to nearby locations to build their hours.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Must have experience in Aged Care.
