Pinnacle Support Services is expanding our team and seeking Qualified, experienced, and person-centred support workers to provide high-quality care to our NDIS participants.

About the Role

You will provide one-on-one and community-based support to individuals living with disability. Duties include:

- Assisting with manual handling and personal care (Minimum cert 3 to do showering)
- Providing community access and transport to appointments, social outings, and activities
- Supporting clients to achieve their goals and independence
- Completing progress notes and maintaining professional communication with the team
- Mental health experience
- Autism and Intellectual disability experience

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Mandatory)
- Working with Children Check (WA) (Mandatory)




- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Manual Handling Training (current or willing to obtain)
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle (Mandatory)
- A caring, respectful, and skilled attitude
- Medication certificate
- infection control

Essential for the role

- Drivers Licence
- Vehicle Insurance
- Birth certificate /Citizenship(100 Point ID )
- NDIS screening
- Working with Children check

Job Type: Casual Pay: $40.00 – $50.58 per hour
