Support Workers Needed – VIC & QLD

Pathways Beyond Limits is currently looking for reliable, compassionate and engaging Support Workers to join our growing team and support NDIS participants in the following locations.

Traralgon, VIC

We are looking for male or female Support Workers to provide ongoing support to an NDIS participant in Traralgon.

Hours available

3-hour shifts

Up to 21 hours available across the week

Workers do not need to be available all 7 days

Applicants from surrounding areas including Morwell, Churchill, Moe and nearby locations are also encouraged to apply.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Experience in disability support
- A patient, friendly and reliable approach
- A genuine ability to build rapport
- A valid driver’s licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Relevant NDIS worker screening checks and requirements
- An interest in music or piano would be highly regarded, but is not essential

Caboolture Area, QLD We are also looking for a Male Support Worker to support a young NDIS participant in the Caboolture area.

Support will initially commence with shorter 2-hour shifts to allow the participant and Support Worker to build rapport.



Hours may increase over time depending on the participant’s needs and how the support arrangement develops.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Patient, engaging and able to build genuine rapport
- Experienced or comfortable supporting Autism, ADHD and anxiety
- Confident providing prompting and motivation with everyday tasks
- Able to assist with meal preparation, shopping, washing and daily living skills
- Reliable, consistent and encouraging
- Focused on building the participant’s independence
