ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Surveyor to join our team of dedicated surveying professionals which currently comprises Registered Surveyors, Graduate Surveyors, Survey Technicians and Survey Assistants. As a Surveyor within our team, you will be carrying out surveying tasks associated with a wide variety of projects including subdivisions, infrastructure networks, commercial / residential / industrial buildings, public domains, and much more. The majority of our projects are located in the local area however we often have opportunities to travel far and wide across NSW for short trips to carry out survey work for private and public sector clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field surveying with Leica surveying equipment and DJI drones
- Data processing with 12d Model
- Drafting with AutoCAD
- Keeping your vehicle clean
- Liaising with project managers, colleagues, clients and contractors
- Working safely
ABOUT YOU
You will ideally have
- A TAFE surveying qualification or BOSSI recognised surveying degree with at least 2-3 years of industry experience in Australia. Applications from undergraduates wanting to work while studying will also be considered.
- Experience using Leica survey equipment and DJI drones as well as 12D and AutoCAD software
- Robust communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and open mind for learning
- Hold a current Australian drivers licence
