If you’re passionate about sushi and sashimi and have hands-on experience, we’d love for you to join our vibrant team. We are currently seeking full-time and casual team members to join the Emperor Sushi team.

What You’ll Bring:

- Prior experience in sushi and sashimi preparation, with exceptional skills in cutting fish
- A sharp eye for impeccable presentation of freshly made sushi and sashimi
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene Practices, ensuring adherence to the highest standards in food preparation, packing, and display
- A customer-focused attitude, with the ability to interact with customers as they watch their sushi being freshly prepared
- Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
