About the role The System Specialist sits within LDK's ICT Team and is responsible for the operation, configuration, and support of LDK's systems. The role's primary focus is SwiftPOS and RICI (incident reporting), with support for other systems as required.

This is a collaborative, business facing role as much as a technical one. The System Specialist works closely with teams across LDK to understand their needs, support new initiatives, and translate business requirements into practical system solutions. They facilitate design with vendors, making sure solutions are fit for purpose and reflect how the business actually operates.

The role contributes to the delivery of key outcomes under LDK's broader Innovation and Business Transformation program and supports the successful delivery of key LDK projects.

Role r****esponsibilities

- Manage day-to-day system operations, configuration, access, and audits.
- Identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
- Support users with system data, reporting, and insights.
- Maintain system documentation, training materials, and test cases.
- Deliver user training and partner with education teams on learning tools.
- Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reporting to operational and project teams.
- Manage end-user support tickets through to resolution.
- Support system upgrades, implementations, and vendor liaison.
- Assist with data validation, clean-up, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide responsive, solutions-focused ad-hoc support to staff and leaders.

- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Proven experience in the aged care industry
