Develop and Support the day‑to‑day operations of our customers infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity, provide high‑quality technical support, manage ticket workflows including change management, and ensure exceptional customer service across a wide range of clients and environments.

Dulkeith Technologies is a growing ICT support and solutions provider based in Stawell, Victoria. Established in 1998, we deliver a wide range of services to clients across hospitals, aged care, medical, optometry, retail and small business. Our expertise includes service desk support, system administration, networking, cybersecurity, systems architecture, project management and strategic ICT planning.

Our clients are located throughout the Grampians and Wimmera regions, from Ballarat through to the Victorian–SA and NSW borders. This role is based in our Stawell office, with opportunities to attend customer sites when required.

Travel as required to meet customer needs.

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to oversee the daily operation and continued development of our IT systems and cybersecurity function to ensure timely, effective, customer‑focused improvements along with resolution of technical issues.

· Full-time, ongoing role

· Salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 per year plus super

· Manage and prioritise incoming service desk requests

· Work directly on tickets, applying your technical expertise

· Monitor systems and action alerts





· Coordinate works for site visits and follow‑ups with customers and vendors

· Provide guidance to support staff

· Ensure incidents and service requests meet service level expectations

· Contribute to continuous improvement and service desk optimisation

This position also participates in the on‑call roster as required.

About you

You will thrive in this role if you enjoy variety, problem‑solving, and working closely with customers. You bring:

Technical capability

· Experience in IT System Administration

· Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

· Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems

· Experience with Network firewalls, Switching, Wireless, VPNs, WAN connectivity and thorough understanding of network principles.

· Understanding of databases, hardware, software, operating systems and server roles such as AD/NPS/GPO/File/Print etc

· Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments both physical and virtual technologies.

· Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra, Azure, Intune, Defender

· Understanding of cybersecurity principles and implement improvements where identified and required

· Experience conducting vulnerability assessments, coordinating remediation activities and reporting on security risks

· Ability to maintain,



action and escalate system monitoring

Qualifications & requirements

· Certificate IV in Information Technology (minimum)

· Current Australian Driver’s License

· Police check / Criminal Statutory Declaration

· Working With Children Check (Employee)

· Influenza vaccination (required for hospital customer work)
