? Who are we?

We’re partnering with a purpose-led, not-for-profit organisation supporting communities across Melbourne’s west.

They’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to jump into a defined recruitment project with one clear goal: build a pool of around 30 casual workers across five sites.

You’ll have plenty of autonomy to bring your own ideas, improve the process and show the business what great recruitment can look like.

? Who are you?

You’re a hands-on TA professional who loves volume recruitment, candidate engagement and assessment centres .

The big one? You’ve genuinely designed AND facilitated assessment centres before.

You know how to define what good looks like, turn competencies into practical assessment activities and create a process that helps leaders consistently identify the right people.

You’re organised, proactive and comfortable picking up a project and running with it.

? Day to day

You’ll manage the recruitment campaign end-to-end, including:

- Building candidate pipelines for approximately 30 casual hires
- Advertising, sourcing and screening candidates
- Designing the assessment centre process and activities
- Facilitating assessment centres and coordinating assessors
- Managing interviews and candidate communication




- Partnering with operational leaders throughout the process
- Coordinating references, qualifications and compliance checks
- Managing offers and getting successful candidates work-ready
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment along the way

? What’s in your toolkit?
- Strong end-to-end and volume recruitment experience
- Proven assessment centre design and facilitation experience
- Creative sourcing and candidate attraction skills
- Strong interviewing and assessment capability
- Great organisation and project management skills
- Confidence working directly with hiring leaders
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Early learning or education experience is a bonus, but strong recruitment and assessment centre capability matters more. ✨ What’s in it for you?
