Operating as an in-house recruiter, you'll proactively source and talent map while developing targeted campaigns for senior roles - without agency sales pressures. This role goes beyond filling positions; you'll partner with business leaders to create a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience, all while implementing best practice.

We're looking for a recruitment qualified who combines market insights and intelligence with best practise to provide the ultimate outcome – the right person, in the right role, at the right time.

End to End Recruitment: you own the recruitment process for senior level and specialist corporate roles from initial briefing to signed offer - leaving no detail unattended.

Talent Sourcing: you're a strategic hunter, using sourcing platforms and recruitment expertise to identify passive candidates, build pipelines for critical roles, and run targeted searches.

Administration: exceptional recruitment is built on exceptional administration - and you take pride in getting every detail right..

Market Insights and Intelligence: LinkedIn Recruiter is your everyday go to. You use LI Recruiter and Insights, Seek Talent Premium Search and Market Mapping to drive conversations with senior leaders and find that unicorn.

Track Record: your career demonstrates consistent success in full-cycle recruitment from either agency and/or corporate environments. But you're not just filling vacancies,



you're creating lasting matches by combining market intelligence with well-developed sourcing techniques.
