About the Opportunity We are looking for a Talent Delivery Business Partner to play a key role in delivering contingent workforce and talent solutions for assigned clients across a large and diverse government portfolio.

In this role, you will act as a trusted talent advisor to client hiring managers and ensure their contingent workforce requirements and job orders move efficiently throughout the lifecycle from approval & initiation through to sourcing, selection, offer, onboarding and commencement stages.

Utilising your deep knowledge in recruitment & talent solutions. You will partner & collaborate with our internal talent sourcing experts, external reputable recruitment suppliers & contractor management office. Ensuring that the best available contingent talent is sourced and matched to the job requirements.

Key Responsibilities





Workforce Planning & Delivery

- Manage contingent workforce requirements from job intake through sourcing, interview, offer, onboarding, and commencement.
- Identify workforce risks, skills shortages, and delivery challenges, implementing proactive solutions where required.
- Monitor active, forecasted, and ageing job orders to ensure timely delivery.

Stakeholder Partnership

- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for hiring managers and sourcing partners.
- Educate and guide hiring managers and suppliers with the VMS technology steps and overarching processes
- Provide workforce market insights and recommendations on hiring strategies.
- Resolve recruitment queries and delivery issues within agreed service levels.
- Collaborate effectively with coordinators, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve quality hiring outcomes.

Supplier & Sourcing Management

- Coordinate approved sourcing channels and recruitment suppliers.
- Monitor supplier responsiveness and delivery performance.
- Contribute and execute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.

Performance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

- Maintain accurate operational reporting, forecasts, and performance commentary.
- Ensure onboarding, approvals, rate cards, and compliance requirements are consistently followed.




- Analyse workforce trends and delivery data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the implementation of new processes, technologies, and workforce delivery initiatives.

About You

Essential Experience

- Proven experience within either:
- Contingent Workforce Solutions or Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
- Internal Talent Acquisition
- Recruitment Agency Account Management
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing recruitment delivery and workforce fulfilment activities.
- Ability to analyse recruitment and performance data to support decision-making.
- Strong understanding of workforce compliance and onboarding processes.

Highly Regarded

- Experience using Beeline, Fieldglass, or other Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Exposure to shared-service or offshore delivery models.
- Business, Commercial, or HR-related qualifications.
