We're looking for a Talent Delivery Coordinator to support the seamless delivery of recruitment and contingent workforce management services across our enterprise customer portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, recruitment coordination, or workforce operations experience who enjoys managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate systems, and delivering a high standard of stakeholder support.

About the Prospect

As the Talent Delivery Coordinator, you will provide end-to-end workflow coordination across recruitment and workforce management activities.

Working closely with our Talent Business Partners, internal sourcing experts, recruitment suppliers, and offshore delivery teams to ensure job orders and contingent workforce processes progress efficiently and in line with service standards.

You will be responsible for maintaining systems, workflow visibility, managing operational records, monitoring service milestones, and supporting compliance requirements throughout the recruitment and contingent workforce lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Workforce Coordination

- Create, validate, and progress job orders using approved processes and service standards.




- Coordinate Talent Business Partners recruitment activities including job postings, approvals, candidate submissions, interviews, offers, onboarding, and commencement.
- Support contingent workforce activities including assignment extensions and closures.
- Monitor workflow queues, service milestones, and outstanding actions to minimise delays.
- Liaise with talent business partners to ensure timely progression of recruitment and workforce activities.

Systems, Reporting & Administration

- Maintain accurate records across VMS platforms, trackers, case management systems, and documentation repositories.
- Prepare operational reports, status updates, and data quality checks.
- Ensure data integrity across all systems and processes.

Stakeholder Support

- Respond to enquiries via ticketing systems and phone support channels within agreed service levels.
- Provide timely updates to customer hiring managers, suppliers, and workers.
- Escalate complaints, service issues, and sensitive matters promptly and appropriately.

Compliance & Process Controls

- Complete onboarding, privacy, security, audit, and approval requirements.
- Ensure mandatory information and approvals are received before progressing activities.
- Maintain documentation and evidence in line with operational and compliance requirements.
- Follow standard operating procedures and governance controls.

Continuous Improvement

- Coordinate handovers with offshore support teams and monitor service delivery outcomes.




- Identify recurring issues, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies.
- Support quality assurance activities and contribute to operational improvements.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

- Experience in recruitment coordination, workforce operations, talent acquisition support, or HR administration.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows and competing priorities.
- Experience working with workflow systems, shared trackers, and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of data privacy, process compliance, and escalation requirements.

Desirable Experience

- Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with ATS, HRIS, or talent management systems.
- Exposure to AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
- Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or related qualifications.
