The City of Rockingham is seeking an experienced planning and development skilled to join the Planning and Development team as a Land Development Inspector for Subdivisions. You will assess Construction, Dust, Noise and Environmental Management Plans, undertake subdivision inspections, and ensure civil works align with approved plans and legislation.

With a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent, you will supervise subdivision civil works, liaise with developers and contractors, and
