Iconic Australian Retail Group is seeking a Head of CRM & Loyalty to lead CRM and loyalty across a multi-brand portfolio in Melbourne. You will manage a specialist team of three and own loyalty strategy, driving engagement, retention and customer value while collaborating with ecommerce, technology and analytics.

You’ll leverage customer data and insights to lift commercial performance, support international expansion to the UK and Asia, and oversee programs during a 12-month maternity cover
