You will lead CRM and loyalty across a multi-brand portfolio with three direct reports and drive customer value through data-driven insights.

The role requires robust leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on delivery to scale loyalty programmes, while collaborating with eCommerce, Technology and Analytics
