Golding Contractors is seeking an experienced SHET Advisor to support South Brisbane and Ipswich urban project sites. This boots-on-the-ground role focuses on influencing protected behaviours, building trust with site teams, and delivering practical SHET guidance across multiple urban sites.

You will work closely with Project Managers and site teams to drive a positive safety culture, improve SHET systems, and implement risk-management practices in a fast-paced urban environment.
