You’ll help older people stay active, connected and engaged in the things that matter most to them. Working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to care that improves wellbeing, builds confidence and creates meaningful moments for residents across regional communities.

- Supporting residents to achieve greater independence, mobility and quality of life through personalised therapy support
- Building trusted relationships with residents, families and colleagues to create positive care experiences
- Working alongside allied health professionals to deliver programs that promote wellbeing, participation and healthy ageing
- Bringing ideas, energy and initiative to continuously improve services and outcomes for the people you support

Here’s what will help you thrive in this role:

- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance and a current driver’s licence
- The ability to work confidently within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Strong communication, organisation and digital literacy skills
- A commitment to safe,

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in aged care, community health or rural and regional settings, and a passion for supporting healthy ageing.
